He eats nothing but McDonald’s for 30 days and watches as his vital signs go south. He uses this icon as a launching pad to make the statement that our fast food society, including school lunches, the corporations that have molded this culture and the politics involved have combined to make us the fattest nation in the world.” (from http://college.swankmp.com/publicity/Synopsis/0020568.html)

It empowers consumers to realize the consequences of their food choices on our future.” (from http://thefutureoffood.com/stills300/FutureOfFood%20Press%20Package.pdf)

Ingredients: Directed by Robert Bates, “…Ingredients tells the story of America’s local food movement and the chefs, farmers and activists who are revitalizing our broken food system. From innovative farm-totable programs in New York to picturesque sheep farms in Oregon, Ingredients gets to the roots of an alternative food system – healthy and sustainable.” (from http://www.collectiveeye.org/)
