  1. At the OPL checkout desk, I was told I could renew an item ONLINE, but I don’t see where to do that.

Could someone please tell me where the link / whatever is in order to do that?

    Thank you.

  2. Go to oleanlibrary.org and click on “catalogs” along the top. When that drop down menu shows up, click on “Online Catalog”. It should take you to this link:

    http://sirsi.cclslib.org/uhtbin/cgisirsi/1g3MlsEYwK/OLEAN/115280011/60/1180/X

On that page click on “My Account”. Then Click on “Renew My Materials”. It will take you to a page where you have to enter your library card and PIN number. Once you do that anything you have charged out will appear and you can choose what you would like to renew.

  3. Do I have to come in to the library to renew my library card, or may I do it by phone?

    • You need to come into the library. You would have to fill out a short form. It is a quick process.
